The OMRON E3Z-LS61 2M is a compact distance-settable photoelectric sensor with built-in amplifier from the E3Z-LS series, with a red LED light source, an NPN output and a 2 m pre-wired cable. It can run in BGS or FGS mode, and the set distance can be adjusted from 40 to 200 mm on white paper (100 × 100 mm) with a 5-turn endless adjuster. It takes 12 to 24 VDC ±10%, draws 30 mA max. and the open collector output switches up to 100 mA at 26.4 VDC max., with light-ON/dark-ON selection. The response time is 1 ms max., it works at -25 to 55°C and is rated IP67.
