The sensor has a stainless steel (1.4404 / 316L) housing with a PEEK sensing face, connects through a 1/2-inch connector (C-coded, 2 gold-plated contacts) and is rated IP68 and IP69K for 0…100 °C ambient. ifm lists it for hygienic areas with regular cleaning and it has UL approval under file E174191.
