The EUCHNER STP3A-2131A024M is an STP series electromechanical safety switch with guard locking on the closed-circuit current principle: spring force keeps the guard locked until the 24 V AC/DC solenoid is energized (power to unlock). Locking forces are 2500 N (F max) and 2000 N (F Zh). Slow-action switching element 2131 provides 2 positively driven contacts plus 1 NO contact for guard locking and 1 NC contact for the door position, rated AC-15 4 A 230 V and DC-13 4 A 24 V. The switch has 3 cable entries M20 x 1.5, an auxiliary release, IP67 protection and an ambient range of -20 to 55 °C; the actuator is ordered separately.
