The Banner Q45VR3LPQ is a Q45VR3 series polarized retroreflective photoelectric sensor with a visible red 680 nm beam and a range of 0.15 to 6 m, specified with a BRT-3 reflector. It runs on a universal supply of 12 to 250 V DC or 24 to 250 V AC (1.5 watts maximum) and switches an SPDT electromechanical relay rated 5 A at 250 V AC, with a response time of 15 milliseconds ON and OFF. Light/dark operate selection and a multi-turn sensitivity control sit under a sealed transparent cover, with power, signal and output LEDs. The thermoplastic polyester housing is rated NEMA 6P and IP67 for –25 °C to +55 °C, and it connects through a 5-pin Mini male quick-disconnect.
