The Allen-Bradley 440R-P221AGS is an MSR41 on/off safety module that connects and controls a GuardShield Micro400 safety light curtain through two RJ45 sockets. It has two PNP OSSD safety outputs (400 mA, short-circuit protected, with cross-fault detection) and two PNP status outputs, Info 1 and Info 2 (100 mA). It is rated PLe, Cat. 4 per EN ISO 13849-1 and SIL CL 3, with automatic or manual start. It runs on +24V DC, is 22.5 mm wide with plug-in spring-clamp terminals, mounts on a 35 mm DIN rail and weighs 130 g. Up to three MSR45E extension modules (440-P4NANS) add N.O. relay outputs.
