The Allen-Bradley 25C-D043N114 is a PowerFlex 527 AC drive for 380…480 V AC three-phase input with 0…460 V three-phase output, in frame E with an IP20, NEMA/UL Open Type enclosure and an integral EMC filter. Rockwell rates it at 30.0 HP and 22.0 kW for normal duty and 25.0 HP and 18.5 kW for heavy duty, with 43.0 A continuous output current. As a dual-rated drive it allows 110% overload for 60 s in normal duty and 150% for 60 s in heavy duty. Frame E is mounted by screws. The PowerFlex 527 is the 520-series drive built for Integrated Motion on EtherNet/IP: it is commanded by a Logix controller with CIP Motion and configured in the Studio 5000 Logix Designer application. It has dual embedded EtherNet/IP ports for linear, star and Device Level Ring topologies, Safe Torque Off that can be hardwired or run over the network with CIP Safety, four digital inputs, two analog inputs, two relay and two opto outputs, and closed loop velocity and position control with an optional encoder card. Output frequency is programmable from 0 to 590 Hz and the PWM carrier frequency from 2 to 8 kHz.
