The Allen-Bradley 25B-E9P9N104 is a PowerFlex 525 AC drive for 525…600 V AC three-phase input with 0…575 V three-phase output, in frame C with an IP20, NEMA/UL Open Type enclosure and no internal EMC filter. Rockwell rates it at 7.5 HP and 5.5 kW for both normal and heavy duty, with 9.9 A continuous output current. It handles 150% overload for 60 s and 180% for 3 s. Frame C measures 109.0 × 220.0 × 184.0 mm (W × H × D) and weighs 2.3 kg; it mounts on DIN rail or by screws. The PowerFlex 525 is the 520-series drive with the most flexibility and performance up to 30 HP and 22 kW. It adds an embedded EtherNet/IP port, embedded Safe Torque Off certified to SIL 2 and PL d, two PID loops, seven digital inputs (six programmable), two isolated analog inputs, two relay and two opto outputs, two option card slots, and closed loop velocity vector and permanent magnet motor control with an optional encoder card. The control module detaches from the power module and can be configured from a PC over a standard USB cable (MainsFree). Output frequency is programmable from 0 to 500 Hz and the PWM carrier frequency from 2 to 16 kHz.
