The Allen-Bradley 25B-D030N114 is a PowerFlex 525 AC drive for 380…480 V AC three-phase input with 0…460 V three-phase output, in frame D with an IP20, NEMA/UL Open Type enclosure and an integral EMC filter. Rockwell rates it at 20.0 HP and 15.0 kW for normal duty and 15.0 HP and 11.0 kW for heavy duty, with 30.0 A continuous output current. As a dual-rated drive it allows 110% overload for 60 s in normal duty and 150% for 60 s in heavy duty. Frame D measures 130.0 × 260.0 × 212.0 mm (W × H × D) and weighs 3.9 kg; it mounts by screws. The PowerFlex 525 is the 520-series drive with the most flexibility and performance up to 30 HP and 22 kW. It adds an embedded EtherNet/IP port, embedded Safe Torque Off certified to SIL 2 and PL d, two PID loops, seven digital inputs (six programmable), two isolated analog inputs, two relay and two opto outputs, two option card slots, and closed loop velocity vector and permanent magnet motor control with an optional encoder card. The control module detaches from the power module and can be configured from a PC over a standard USB cable (MainsFree). Output frequency is programmable from 0 to 500 Hz and the PWM carrier frequency from 2 to 16 kHz.
