The Allen-Bradley 25A-D2P3N114 is a PowerFlex 523 AC drive for 380…480 V AC three-phase input with 0…460 V three-phase output, in frame A with an IP20, NEMA/UL Open Type enclosure and an integral EMC filter. Rockwell rates it at 1.0 HP and 0.75 kW for both normal and heavy duty, with 2.3 A continuous output current. It handles 150% overload for 60 s and 180% for 3 s. Frame A measures 72.0 × 152.0 × 172.0 mm (W × H × D) and weighs 1.1 kg; it mounts on DIN rail or by screws. The PowerFlex 523 is Rockwell's general-purpose 520-series drive for machines up to 30 HP and 22 kW. It offers volts per hertz and sensorless vector control, one PID loop, five digital inputs (four programmable), one isolated analog input, one form C relay output, RS485/DSI communication and one option card slot. The control module detaches from the power module and can be configured from a PC over a standard USB cable (MainsFree). Output frequency is programmable from 0 to 500 Hz and the PWM carrier frequency from 2 to 16 kHz.
