The Allen-Bradley 20G1ALD545AN4NNNNN is a PowerFlex 755 AC drive for the 480 V AC / 650 V DC class in frame 8, built as an IP20, NEMA/UL Type 1 floor-mount cabinet 800 mm deep (standard cabinet color RAL 7032) with AC input with precharge and no DC terminals. Rockwell rates it at 590 A and 500 Hp for light duty, 545 A and 450 Hp for normal duty and 454 A and 350 Hp for heavy duty. This version has filtering with the common mode capacitor jumper removed (Rockwell now lists code A as no longer available), no internal dynamic braking transistor and a door-mounted enhanced LCD full numeric HIM (IP66, NEMA/UL Type 4X/12). Floor-mount frames 8…10 include a DC link choke, integrated AC line fuses and a roll-out design; Rockwell requires a roll-out cart to install the drive. The PowerFlex 755 is Rockwell's 750-Series drive for maximum flexibility and performance up to 2000 Hp and 1500 kW, with a built-in Ethernet port, slot-based option cards, DeviceLogix embedded control and a choice of safety options.
