The Allen-Bradley 20BR180A0ANNAND0 is a PowerFlex 700 AC drive from Rockwell's PowerFlex family. It is a 650 V DC input drive with precharge, rated 150 HP normal duty and 125 HP heavy duty, with 180 A continuous output current, 198 A for 60 s and 270 A for 3 s; in heavy duty it delivers 156 A continuous, 234 A for 60 s and 312 A for 3 s. It is an IP20, NEMA/UL Type 1 drive with conformal coating in frame 6, rated for 0…50 °C surrounding air without derating (typical). It is supplied with a blank cover instead of a HIM. It is supplied without the brake IGBT, which is optional on frames 4…6. It has an integral CE EMC filter and common mode choke. No internal communication adapter is fitted. It has the Vector Control option with 115V AC I/O. Motor control is volts per hertz, sensorless vector or vector control with Force Technology, with a 0…420 Hz output frequency range, 110% overload for up to 1 minute or 150% for up to 3 seconds, and Class 10 motor overload protection.
