The Allen-Bradley 20AD027C3AYYANC0 is a PowerFlex 70 AC drive from Rockwell's PowerFlex family. At 480 V AC 3-phase input it is rated 20 HP (15 kW) normal duty and 15 HP heavy duty, with 27 A continuous output current, 33 A for 60 s and 44 A for 3 s. It is a wall/machine-mount IP66, NEMA/UL Type 4X/12 drive for indoor use, for mounting directly in the production environment, rated for 0…40 °C surrounding air without derating. Conformal coating is standard. It comes with a full numeric LCD HIM with a 7-line x 21-character backlit display. It has an internal brake IGBT and an internal dynamic brake resistor for short braking periods, and an integral EMC filter. No internal communication adapter is fitted. It has the enhanced control option. Motor control is volts per hertz, sensorless vector or vector control with FORCE Technology, with a 0…500 Hz output frequency range, 110% overload for up to 1 minute or 150% for up to 3 seconds, and Class 10 motor overload protection.
