The Allen-Bradley 20AD027A0AYNAEC1 is a PowerFlex 70 AC drive from Rockwell's PowerFlex family. At 480 V AC 3-phase input it is rated 20 HP (15 kW) normal duty and 15 HP heavy duty, with 27 A continuous output current, 33 A for 60 s and 44 A for 3 s. It is a panel-mount IP20, NEMA/UL Type 1 drive in frame D, rated for 0…50 °C surrounding air without derating. Conformal coating is standard. It is supplied with a blank cover instead of a HIM. It has an internal brake IGBT but no internal brake resistor, and an integral EMC filter. It includes an internal EtherNet/IP communication adapter. It has the enhanced control option, and a 5V/12V encoder interface. Motor control is volts per hertz, sensorless vector or vector control with FORCE Technology, with a 0…500 Hz output frequency range, 110% overload for up to 1 minute or 150% for up to 3 seconds, and Class 10 motor overload protection.
