The Allen-Bradley 1756-LSC8XIB8IK is a ControlLogix 10…30V low-speed counter module for the 1756 chassis. It has eight individually isolated counters up to 40 kHz with two user-configurable on/off windows each, plus eight individually isolated hardware inputs for standard input or counter control, all for 12/24V DC sink/source signals at 10…30V DC. It draws 275 mA at 5.1V DC and 3 mA at 24V DC from the backplane. Field wiring goes through a 1756-TBCH or 1756-TBS6H removable terminal block, which is ordered separately. This K version adds conformal coating for harsh, corrosive environments. ControlLogix I/O modules can sit in any slot of a local ControlLogix chassis or in a remote chassis linked over EtherNet/IP or ControlNet, and their input data and output status can be shared by more than one controller.
