The ABB 3BSE031150R1 is the PM865K02 redundant processor unit for the AC 800M High Integrity controller, made up of two PM865K01 units. Each PM865 CPU has an MPC862P processor at 96 MHz and 32 MB RAM, carries IEC 61508 SIL3 TÜV approval and switches over in max 10 ms in a redundant configuration. It runs on 24 V DC (19.2-30 V DC), is rated IP20 and +5 to +55 °C operating, and has two Ethernet channels for the control network.
